Menduh Atan

Menduh Atan has been in audit, assurance and advisory area for 15 years professionally.

He started his career as at KPMG Turkey and has incurred significant responsibilities in audit of companies in different sectors for over 10 year, then worked as Head of Internal Audit and Compliance in a Listed Holdings Company for 1.5 year and before attending Promesa he leaded a medium size audit company as audit partner and general manager for 3 years. He attended Promesa starting from 2020 as audit partner.

Menduh has significant experience in audit, assurance and advisory for the multinational and multilocational companies. Menduh also leaded multilocational fraud audit, internal audit projects, company valuation and brand valuation projects and due diligence services.

Menduh, graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Management, and has masters degree in Audit and Accounting from İstanbul Commerce University. Menduh has holding the certificate of public accountant and certificate of auditor from Public Oversight Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority (KGK) and Capital Market Board. Menduh can speak English fluently.
